SIGN UP and COMMIT to keeping up your practice everywhere and anywhere. So often I have seen and heard of people getting hurt getting ready or on vacation. The change in schedule, circumstance and bodily demands is a lesson in adaptability. We are here to change habits and think differently about when, how and where we move. Habit formation takes time so learning to stop, drop and roll so to speak anywhere just may help you understand how to re-establish new better movement practices on and off-road!

SET

Set up a private space with balls (black a must and pearl if possible) and a screen for viewing. Six feet of floor space is perfect. At home I recommend you have your own 6’ mat or 2 together, if you are traveling a blanket on the floor works.  Many hotels have mats you can borrow from the gym. I recommend you always travel with your black balls-they are lifesavers during travel.

Click the link you received in your confirmation email 5 minutes before the session. Prior to the session, check you have access (either internet or cellular) and we get started. Time zones can be tricky but let’s see if we can adapt to a constantly changing world together.  I look forward to bending, shifting, tilting and swaying together.
